The Easterlin Company has the most wonderful folks anyone would ever want to work with building a home or renovating one. We were new to the area four years ago and relied on our architect to guide us finding a contractor to help us renovate an 1890’s home in downtown Charleston. After a competitive bidding process, we chose The Easterlin Company to help us transform our old home into a fully functioning beautiful one. Renovating an old home that needed this much work was not something we had undertaken so having an exceptional group to work with was critical. And were they ever exceptional. The craftsmen who worked on the house were just that. They had such pride in their work and it showed in every aspect of the renovation. Not only were they amazing at their trades but they were good-spirited and wonderful people to have around. I always laughed that they were the only people I knew when we moved to town and they were my best friends by the time the house was done. The finished product was amazing. Completed in a timely manner, all the work was done as the job was bid. Even the process of keeping up with the financial end couldn’t have been easier. Every month, there was a complete report on what had been spent compared to the bid so we always knew exactly where we stood. I can’t recommend The Easterlin Company more highly. As a matter of fact, we just sold the house they renovated and have them working on our new home. They are wonderful to work with!
