At Easterlin Company our focus is on quality of our homes and client satisfaction. We know that building a home consist of a lot more than a set of plans and specifications. Time with our clients is key to getting the job done right. Client satisfaction is the key and standard for each project. At our first meeting we will go over everything that you will need to know to make a smart and informed decision about your home's construction. If you already have land, plans, or are further in your search or if you are just starting we can help you get ready for the next step, beginning construction on your new home.
We are a family owned and operated business with a combined 75 years experience. We are all Charleston natives, born and raised on James Island. Over the years, this has given us the opportunity to create many successful professional relationships in the Lowcountry. These include bankers, architects and engineers who work with us to make the building process run smoothly.
Bill is the co-founder of the company. Bill serves as the Senior Executive Officer and passes on 45 years of self-taught wisdom to his staff and clients for whom we build and serve. He is a Licensed General Contractor, Licensed Home-Builder and Real Estate Agent.
Linda is the co-founder of the company. Linda serves as the Chief Financial Officer while working closely with the clients in setting up their cost estimates and budget for their homes. She is a Licensed General Contractor, Licensed Home-Builder and Real Estate Broker.
Ashley is the Chief Operating Officer and handles all operations with the clients, sub-contractors and suppliers to insure that construction is as planned and within budget. He is a Licensed General Contractor.
Sara is the Listing operations manager. She handles our marketing and technical operations of the real estate company. Sara is a Licensed real estate agent.
